The road Matt has travelled getting to this point today has been nothing short of challenging. However, those challenges (life and business experiences) have proven highly beneficial to his clients and now also his team as Co-Founder of Synergy Real Estate Group.

With a wide scale of true depth experiences, Matt considers himself “all things real estate”. Industry passions include marketing, residential resale, land acquisitions, new builds, multi-residential investment/development, commercial investment/development and leasing.

In addition, Matt is president/sole owner of a multi-million dollar real estate development corp which was founded in May of 2005. Not only does it help fuel educated conversation with his investor clients and the Synergy Real Estate Group Team, but it complimented his goal to be a Director for KW Commercial Canada adding more resources and networks for those around him.
